Registration is now CLOSED

All forms must be emailed to forms@summitrefcon.org  

How to email your forms:

1) Print off the Medical Release Form (this year there is no Climbing Wall Waiver).

2) Fill them out

3) Scan to your PC and email to the address above. (Sorry, we cannot accept photos of your forms).

Who needs to register?

• Speakers
• Chaperones
• Young People: Completed grade 9 - grade 12 (If you graduate High School in 2021, you must still register as a Y.P.)  
• Young Adults: post high singles under age 30    

Cost

Registration fee is $375.00

*Due to COVID-19 and the border restrictions, we can only accept Canadian Registrants for 2021. We are very sorry for this! We already miss all our dear friends from the United States who usually attend Summit.  

**There will be no late registration fee for 2021.

PLEASE indicate in the note section of your E-Transfer or in the memo section on your cheque the names of the individuals you are paying for. Thank you.

All Registrants: 

• Register soon to secure your Out-Day activity and your favorite break-out sessions.
• Remember to include the extra fees for your Out-Day activity.
• Be sure to include the registrant's name and out-day activity in the memo portion of your cheque.

Register On-line

Simply click the registration tab and fill out the fields as indicated. For 2021, we have included a check box regarding COVID-19 restrictions. For Mt. Royal's sake, we have to assure the University that our group will comply with their COVID restrictions.  

Cancelling your registration

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your registration after June 5, please contact us ASAP. 

If the Conference is cancelled for any reason, all registrants will receive a full refund.
